Jessica Polacek is a white woman of transgender history. At the time of this interview, Polacek was living in Wisconsin and working at an LGBT center. In this oral history Polacek speaks about living in the Upper Midwest and serving in the United States military for 24 years. she also speaks about her childhood, family relationships, romantic relationships, and mental health.
