Yanté Turner is a transgender man who started Sun-seeker MKE Collective, which is a Black- and trans-led abolitionist organization that focuses on safety and Black liberation. In the interview, Turner discusses his identity, how the LGBTQ community could be more welcoming to Black people, and how he wants to be remembered.
