Paula Overby is a white transgender woman from the United States. At the time of this oral history, Oberby was living in Minnesota. In this oral history, Overby speaks at length about growing up in Wisconsin and Minnesota and New Hampshire, divorce, language and identity, her friendships, her political career, encounters with healthcare, working in mental health, harassment and abuse, racism, sexism, as well as her work about sexual boundaries programming aimed towards men.
