Billy Navarro Jr. is a mixed Puerto Rican and white gender-queer trans-man from Mound, Minnesota. At the time of this interview, Navarro was a youth worker and teacher at the Minnesota Transgender Health Coalition. In this oral history, Navarro speaks at length about starting The Shot Clinic with his friends, his involvement in drag communities, his family relationships, the Free CeCe campaign, and his work on the CeCe Support Committee. He also touches upon his involvement in youth work and service, District 202, sexuality, gender, racism, and transphobia.
